Benjamin Han<p>Another <a href="https://sigmoid.social/tags/Yasso800" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Yasso800</span></a> day: 6 laps with predicted <a href="https://sigmoid.social/tags/marathon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>marathon</span></a> finish time 3:27 -- 4 minutes slower than a few week ago, and I didn't even do 8 laps! I felt easily tired today: HR is fine, but legs got tired faster, and breathing felt heavier.</p><p>About max HR: I finally revised it down from 175 to 170 -- it's been months now since I saw my HR went above 170. In fact I'm having trouble making it go faster than 165!
