#Klettern in den #Dolomiten vor ein paar Wochen.
Das Wetter war meistens wolkig aber gut.
Nur an den Cinque Torri wurden wir beim Abseilen eingeseift.

#Climbing in the #dolomites a few weeks ago.
The weather was cloudy but mostly good.
Only at the Cinque Torri we got drenched while rappelling.

The land is formed such that it comes from a slight rise on the left, dips down in the center, and then rises again to a little flat point 2/3 of the way across. When we were in Italy in June, I had big goals to hike further into this park and do some serious photography. The snow stopped us at this spot, the path was closed. Across the way is the Drei Zinnen lodge, with the red roof. This park is one of my favorite places.
