*Hoarder victory dance!* I bought this curved cymbal stand arm several years ago, honestly not having a particular need for it, but enticed by the novelty, and it was on closeout—presumably not a big seller. Today I was trying to figure out how to mount a crash on the far side of my rack tom without adding a whole new stand, and a memory lightbulb lit up! It’s perfect.

The steel rod that mounts a cymbal to a stand, as part of a drum kit. Usually these rods are straight, but this one curves in an arc that wraps around the cylindrical side of a rack tom drum.
