So #Sony and #PlayStation has their (stupid) PSN requirement for #PCGaming as optional after the community expressed their outrage

Why then, are their games not available to buy in countries where PSN is not supported?

And here we are, seeing #TheLastOfUs Pt. 2 unable to be bought in 130-odd countries

Stupid, stupid, stupid. Another reason why #FOSS gaming and #GOG are my preferred methods

A user called 𝐛𝐨𝐠𝐠𝐲𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 has dropped the first release of vangogh and theo - a 'local library of DRM-free games' for your #GOG library - + for your #SteamDeck

Nice to see a new option provided to the community!

P.S. for anyone wanting a action game who 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 played RoboCop: Rogue City on their #SteamDeck then it's -80% off on #GOG right now.

...or, well, obv for everyone else who wants it on desktop too!

Dead low price, great game with some heavy atmosphere to sink into. I played this a fair time ago, and it prompted me to watch the RoboCop movies for the first time. This game reaaaally gets that vibe perfectly.

I'm just angry that #Sony and their #PlayStation games stopped being released on #GOG after their stupid (failed) attempt to force PSN sign-ups in order to play

I'd have bought The Last of Us Pt.2 by now, but 𝘯𝘰𝘵 being on GOG gives me pause. Instead of a no-brainer instant buy from me, it's a...'𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘐'𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵'

Anyone on #Mastodon who is into #gaming on a #SteamDeck. Can you say how it's playing on there? I'm on the road traveling at the moment, and away from my PC.
