LeopoldToday is my Gotcha Day. 😻 4 years ago, I moved in with this lady, aka Mom. At first, I didn't understand what she was looking at in that big black box, so I had to check it out. Then, I quickly realized my part was to strike a pose, so I did. I think I did well since the very first day. LeopoldThis is how we roll. We used the RZ for the first time with studio flash. Mom has Elinchrom lights, and we used the Transmitter Pro on the Mamiya’s hot shoe. We tried the PC cable first, but that didn’t work. We had 2 frames fail, and both my buddy and I got 4 frames each. LeopoldLook at these moody pictures of me and this beautiful Canon AT-1! 😻 We bought this one in exceptional condition. Mom shot 1-2 rolls of film with it, but we intend to keep it on the shelf. It's not easy to use TLR cameras; the chicken comes snowly, so my buddy spends more time photographing than complaining. LeopoldWith this photo, we managed to be awarded the Portrait Master's bronze merit in January 2024. 🥉 Both this one and one of my other photos can be seen in their gallery, as both made it to the top 20. The fun part is that this photo wasn't planned. I fell asleep on the backdrop, so Mom let me sleep there.
