Javier SP<p>👨🏻‍💻🤖🤔<br>I've been using generative <a href="https://c.im/tags/AI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AI</span></a> for over two years now –a few months before, I was struggling to understand the Python <a href="https://c.im/tags/TensorFlow" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TensorFlow</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/neuralNetwork" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>neuralNetwork</span></a> library, without much success 😬– and I'm increasingly convinced that the exponentially incredible increase in AI capabilities is leading us to a wild socioeconomic shift in a very short time, especially in the field of <a href="https://c.im/tags/work" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>work</span></a> 👷🏼‍♀️; and let's not even talk about Public Administration, where we're stuck with labor models and future aspirations that will be completely inconsequential and insignificant in no time ⌛ –our foresight is truly laughable 😶‍🌫️.</p><p>Neural networks learn 🧠, they aren't programmed; the generation of knowledge beyond the original training data is already becoming a reality 🙀; completely autonomous and intelligent <a href="https://c.im/tags/robotics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>robotics</span></a> is right here 🦿. In short, we need to get our act together and stop thinking it's not a big deal... It's a huge deal🤯! In the West, work as we know it is going to end –unless there's a nuclear cataclysm first 🎆– and we better start fighting for our piece of the pie 🎂 ."</p><p>-</p><p>Llevo usando <a href="https://c.im/tags/IA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>IA</span></a> generativa desde hace más de dos años –ya unos meses antes me peleaba por entender un poco la librería de <a href="https://c.im/tags/redesNeuronales" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>redesNeuronales</span></a> TensorFlow de Python, sin conseguirlo demasiado 😬– y cada vez estoy más convencido de que el aumento de capacidades de las IAs, que es increiblemente exponencial 📈, nos dirige a un cambio socioeconómico salvaje en muy poco tiempo, especialmente en el campo del <a href="https://c.im/tags/trabajo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>trabajo</span></a> 👷🏽; y no digamos en la Administración Pública, que estamos con modelos laborales y con pretensiones de futuro que serán completamente intrascendentes e insignificantes en nada de tiempo ⌛ –desde luego nuestra capacidad de prospectiva es de llorar 😓.</p><p>Las redes neuronales aprenden 🧠, no se programan; la generación de conocimiento alejada de los datos de entrenamiento originales 😲 empieza a ser ya real; la <a href="https://c.im/tags/rob%C3%B3tica" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>robótica</span></a> 🦾 completamente autónoma e inteligente está ahí al lado. En fin, que ya nos podemos poner las pilas y dejar de pensar que no es para tanto... ¡Es para más! 💣. En occidente se va a acabar el trabajo tal y como lo conocemos –si no hay un cataclismo nuclear antes 💥– y ya podemos ir peleando para que nos toque un trozo del pastel 🍰.</p>
