I Need Meditation

This is a question I get asked about often, but my take on it from my monk training is... different.

For one, we don't try do duplicate the mystical experiences. And for another, we prefer to come back to the part of the experience that doesn't change. Even though the mystical experiences could be so very enjoyable!

As with things involving the soul, it's an upside-down way of looking at reality. It makes sense when you have the experience yourself.
