For #FossilFriday meet what we can *probably* consider the oldest body #fossil of a land #animal (until we find more, older fossils) - this is Casiogrammus. It's a millipede preserved in rocks from that are ~430–433 million years old.

It was entombed in #sediments that were probably at the bottom of a relatively permanent lake.
