Cycling to work and a swim in the lake on the way. Air 11°C, water ~9°C, slight drizzle.

I've been swimming! Nicely quiet at the pool this morning, less traffic in my lane, yay! And it must be RDO today, traffic on the roads was lighter too. Fantastic start to the day, I love swimming.

Got to pat some greyhounds who were passing by as I was leaving, bonus!

The day didn't go as planned. It's spring school break and the kids are taking each a #swimming class in the morning.

So I played for 1h with my eldest in the small pool while the youngest was taking his class.

At 18 I went #running, but I immediately felt a pain in my left knee that didn't ease up with further strides.

So I gave up, walked back home and applied a heating patch.

I hope everything will be ok for my next run on Thursday 🤞

A grown-up made this, that's awesome. I hope they were having fun. Those kinds of creatures are not usually in that kind of relationship with each other, or with the sandy desert. haha. Is that an elk in the background? I think if the dinosaurs made saddles they were probably also able to talk, and I think they might be saying, "we made a wrong turn." I haven't read the book but it sounds good.

two small dinosaurs are riding large fish as though they were horses, with saddles and reins, the fish seem to have just leapt up out of the water, but they are not over water, but over a sandy desert, so that it seems like the fish are swimming in sand in this scenario. In the distance mostly hidden by a dune looks like the head and rack of an elk, and further on the horizon are some low mountains, all beneath a cloudy sky.

Wondered this morning if I skip swimming. It was OK then.

Dachte zuerst, heute das Bad auszulassen. Es war dann ganz gut.
