It’s those weird, unmusical times again.
These eternally repetitive songs. I understand it if you've just eaten some Mexican mushrooms and don't want to get out of the mood. But just to listen to? No harmony, no arcs of suspense. The whole story is not told. Each to their own... it's not mine.

New publication "What Intelligence and Genius Actually Are" in the Taj Mahal Review: An International Literary Journal.

For those interested in the big questions such as what is life, this brief essay gives straight answers on the characteristics of life that AI can never have. For this moment I take off my academic hat and speak from direct experience. What intelligence and genius actually are is completely different from what is usually discussed, but this explanation should make perfect sense. I received personal guidance from Alan Watts, who helped transmit Zen Buddhism to the West without contradicting science. This essay fits in his lineage and is my utmost legacy of intuitive insights.

I am now working on implementing #lyrics into the script, or better to say the script can already get the lyrics thanks to the #genius #API library for python: pypi.org/project/lyricsgenius/
But getting lyrics for all songs is quite slow, I realise. Sure that must be done once, but I really have to implement a way of the #database updating, without indexing and regathering everything from 0 up.
That is something for another day, but shouldn't be too hard.
