I've semi-paused my existing #Cairn campaign and have started a different group of characters in a different area.
This allows me to explore a slightly different area of the game (demi-humanity as initiatic journey) and to try and sort out the campaign world's economics.
Games that put PCs at the centre of their in-game economies often wind up like Elton John in that sketch 'How much is a loaf of bread anyway? £150?' meanwhile their hirelings would all be homeless as they'd never make rent.
