Once to so much I looked bald. Some say it is accomondating yourself I say it was also very impulsive desicion thanks to my comorbid ADHD.

Felt better yesterday and was awake after a slightly late morning, though I did need to lie down a lot, still I was able to read and edit the writing. Then did that infuriating thing of waking up after an hour or two at night. And then again.

Sapphy heard me being awake and turned up at 5.45am in hopes of 7am breakfast. I’ve had some more sleep at midday, otherwise in my wired state I was very, well, wired. Still got little done in that state or the slept-more doziness now.

When the Airbnb bed needs a new mattress and you’ve a backache from sleeping in it for 3 nights, Kmart comes to the rescue.

I bought a queen size underlay foam and doubled it over as a floor bed. Much better and almost like my home setup now! I’ll let the host know about the mattress situation but don’t think we’ll be returning here any time soon.

STAY AWAY FROM BLACKSTONE MEDICAL SERVICES

They knowingly submitted a sleep study based on false data to my insurance provider. This is after sending me a dirty, broken pulse oximeter, then ignoring my calls and attempts to inform them of this. The sensor readings were consistently low, but I foolishly tested with it anyway. They then had a "doctor" generate a sleep report based on this incorrect data. Insurance is taking their side, which means I have zero options here except to grit my teeth and get fucked financially.

Seriously, I cannot stress this enough - look for literally any other option. Random strangers on reddit would be a smarter choice here.
