Has anyone a solution for wearing noise cancelling headphones and sunglasses at same time?
Currently finding the headphones are making the sunglasses dig into my head painfully.
But the glare of sun is hurting, and the noise of train travel is triggering me too.

Got my daughter noise cancelling headphones (JBL kid's brand) and it has been a game changer. She managed 1.5 hours in a restaurant today (and I don't mean by masking, I mean proper management; smiling, eating, able to engage when needed) which is something I never thought I'd see. Had her audiobook on and the rest of the world quiet.
